What you’ll do in this role: Collaborate with hiring managers to bring in top-tier talent. You'll play a crucial part in building our strong talent pipeline by recruiting, screening, and recommending prospective employees for highly-skilled technical roles. The Technical Recruiter uses best practices for talent acquisition, represents Physicians Mutual to various outside agencies and manages third-party relationships. This role involves speaking to various groups regarding employment opportunities and career pathing at job fairs and educational events. May initiate, coordinate, and work through processes with employees who are non-U.S. citizens and are going through the legal process to become eligible to work on a more permanent basis.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or business-related degree is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience recruiting in the technology field is required.
  • An in-depth knowledge of the most effective methods of recruiting and attracting for technical roles is required.
  • Requires familiarity with various Visas, H1Bs, etc.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP designation preferred.
